Outbox/SentBox - what's the difference? Answer here...

This refers to your personal/private messages ("PM"s)
Took me a while to find this when it was first asked, but here's the explanation:-
Outbox = sent, but not opened/read by recipient
Sentbox = sent, and opened by recipient
