CH FORUM is now BACK UP!

Post by jtaylor »

Having moved hosting, we are now back up!
22/08/08 22:45

J
ADVANCE WARNING - the CH Forum will be out of action from approximately 12 noon on Friday 22nd August 2008.

Hopefully it will be back up and running on a new hosting provider by the end of the evening on Friday, but may be down over the weekend depending on the ease of the migration...

Cheers,

Julian

The Forum is now back up, having been migrated to http://www.hungerfordwebdesign.com which is run by a friend at work.

Hopefully you'll find everything transfered across, and no issues, but if you DO see issue, please just PM me with details of what you're seeing, and how to reproduce the issue.

Thanks again to all the generous donors.

Well done, Julian! Thank you so much for your work this weekend. Hopefully we idiosyncratic Old Blues can now continue to converse, debate, wind each other up - but above all enjoy the Forum. Just a thought (from a complete novice on these matters) - couldn't we charge a nominal fee for signing up to the Forum (which could go into your coffers to support the costs). Would that not then exclude the 'outside' spammers and maybe even also 'inside' disrupters? But as I said I speak from a position of complete ignorance on such matters!
