Re: Bokkers Today

in the late 80's the CCF alternative of working with the estate staff was unofficially called Bokker Squad. I think around the coming of Paulton it started to be frowned on calling them bokkers, by that time the kitchen staff had TUPE'd over to Compass or whoever it was anyway. I remember the first...

Simon Chapman LHA/LHB 82-90 STILL LOOKING

Does anyone know what happened to him? Last time I saw him was back in 1995 and he was a truck driver, and also messed about with old Land Rovers. I borrowed a music tape off him then realised I didn't have his address to return it. Wonder if he still wants it back???

Re: The Housey Rap

I remember that his happened about 6-8 months after I'd left in 1990. I was round at a friend's house when my Dad called up wanting me home IMMEDIATELY. Apparently RDTS had called wanting to question me with some urgency because apparently someone had suggested it had been me who'd done the APFA imp...

Re: Bad things you didnt get caught doing (Sausage in Communion)

I figured out the external code for the internal phone system (not particularly difficult - I think I just watched someone do it) then a whole gang of us broke into Big School to use the phone in there one Friday night (it was during the exams). I rang loads of my friends in London, Glasgow, the Mid...

Ken & Jackie Grimshaw - think it all ended in tears eventually but from what I remember Jackie Grimshaw was a sweet lady who always had the kids' best interests at heart.

Re: Isabel (Yeats) Dawson - 5's & BaB '81-'87

She's married to James Dawson (was in my house and year) who is still in touch with John Crockford. If you like I can see if I can get any details from him? :D

Re: "They" have done it again

There's Jason Flemyng, who left Mid A in the mid-80's and is quite an accomplished actor with many films and TV under his belt (e.g Lock Stock & 2 Smoking Barrells, Snatch, League of Extraordinary Gentlemen, Primeval etc etc) :)
