My son wonders why I know all the words, actions and moves to 'Bare Necessities' when he is watching Jungle Book, although he does a far better impression of King Louie than I do.

(Sorry for those of you for whom this does not make sense, you had to be there!)

Going down the slide constitutes 'spatial awareness and understanding of body size', whilst sitting down to eat lunch is 'following routine and developing a sense of trust'. And I thought she just went to play. I have to say Cath that I was a bit confused with the photo, but I was just too polite t...

That's hardly sport Cath, although I am sure I only know of a very small percentage of your misdemeanours, (and you the same of mine) - if you are going to dangle the carrot in front of us all, you should not be surprised if several bunnies want to take a bite!!

He actually came to the school in the late 80's (88 or 89) to do a 'Grecian's Lecture' about stand-up comedy, and how it develops (satire, observation, how to handle heckler's at the Comedy Store etc.) and he was pretty respectful of the establishment, in particular his English teacher, whose name I...

Old Blue on Location, Location Location

Any of the eighties generation spot Ian Ensum (Mid B/Mid A 83-90) on "Location Location Location" on Channel 4 last night (18th July). Now a Clinical Psychologist in Bristol, he still looks remarkably like the Ian I last saw 13 yaers ago. (One reference to the 'dreadful boarding school' he...

Don't disagree with you there, his flourishes are often a point of discussion at the pub, especially amongst those who know him well!

As a fellow resident of Tring, I need to stick up for the locals though (he has pride of place of the front page of the local paper depite being sent home).

As a friend of mine is good mates with Graham P, I think a little balance is in order. He admitted within 10 minutes of the end of the game that he had cocked up, because he wrote down the Aussie number 3 rather than the Croat, and then when the Croat fouled again, didn't spot the error immediately....

Well if we are going to criticise the great gods of management consulting (wasn't it great to see that arse Mani go from the Apprentice this week?), let's trot out the classic old (but updated) story I got BlackBerried this week (I can't believ I just wrote that when I am inthis thread!!): A shepher...

"Chirpy Chirpy Cheep Cheep" by Middle of the Road!

Missed "Get it on" by T-Rex by one week, a far better record by all standards.

Rick Slater was my squit, and although he died in his Grecians when I had already gone to Uni, there was a definite sense of shock amongst those who were still at CH or had left the previous year as to what happened and why. No doubt many others know why or have their own thoughts, and don't bother ...

Ohmigod it gets worse, although I am pleased to say I still have a full head of hair. Saw Ben Todd (now a Mirror showbiz journo) moonlighting on some dodgy sky celeb "before they were famous mingers" (or some other trash) and was sad to see the most tonsorial of us all had moved onto the R...
