I cannot drink whisky, much to my regret. It's all Christ's Hospital's Fault. When I was a teenager at school, I had an unfortunate experience with whisky and red wine. I can still drink red wine, thankfully, but whisky is a no-no no for me.

There's a rumour flying round the School that since the Band pulled out this year, it might not be invited again (apparently there are zillions of bands, groups, etc. all itching to be part of the Lord Mayor's Show). That would be very sad. I thought the Band had played in the Show for ever but app...

Used to be School issued grey woollen jumpers available for LE and below and then UF and above could were their own jumpers under full housey in winter. This was about the only kind of personal fashion statement one could make outside of a Saturday night activity. Never really had a problem with co...
