I LOVE Marmite. Cheese and marmite sandwiches are magic! Another debating issue: Lager or bitter? Bitter (real preferably) for me unless it is really, really, HOT when an ice cold lager can be palatable. I think we have done this elsewhere. I agree with Richard though. Lager with a curry too. Yep a...

I was lucky enough to see the Graceland Tour at the Royal Albert Hall. Absolutely awesome live. You've just gone up in my estimation Ruthiebaby and Hendrik  I was too young for that. I've got the video somewhere, actually, hmm, never watched it... I saw Paul Simon tour the slightly less popul...

Graceland : an influential album, introduced Ladysmith Black Mambazo to the big wide world, drew people's attention to 'world' music, etc. I'm with huntertitus on this one, though. I find the whole thing a bit insipid. I was working in a record shop when the L.P. came out, so having had to listen t...

Yeah, I click on profile at the top (under FAQ) and it shows all my messages and who's last to post in each watched topic. Actually it's the thread not the topic so you can be looking at different things in the same section. My memory's not that good! All too complicated for me :!: :!: Why not try ...

Yes, but then the topic isn't on my profile page where I want it to be. Or is it? Profile page? I just make a mental note of when I leave the forum and when I return I checkout what has moved if it is of interest to me. Mind you that system is likely to fall apart with your speed of posting!

OK I can't find anywhere else to ask this question, I've looked all over the Beginners section and I've actually read all the FAQs. How do I watch topics/threads so that they are there on my profile thingy (so they are easy to find/watch) without each new posting sending me an email? I had 100s of ...

Infirmary Nurses

I can remember Nurse Walters (the older one with the glasses), Nurse Mc Morran (who I believe married Mr Denison) and Nurse Bonny (shortish with curly hair). Reading other threads pupils seem to be sent home when ill nowadays. Does that mean the sicker no longer has nurses? Does the School still hav...
