Re: Phone boxes

The ony one I remember was in the court room corridor. Always dark and musty with a distintive smell of despair and overshadowed by that shark attack picture which didn't help much either..

1d coins, if memory serves.

As I have said on another thread, I think it was more likely to be incompetence and/or bullying to protect the good name of the school.

I would be surprised if Karim was invited into the masons.
So would I !!!!

Re: Freemasons and questions to answer

....and another question that bothers me.

Given all the fancy dress involved, are there Lodges/Chapters within the K-K-K in the jolly old US ?

Re: Robert Sillett MBE of Billingshurt

My opinion is, that IF any written record was made at the time, now that convictions have been made and sentences handed down, that a disappearing trick of Magic Circle proportions will have occured.

Re: Freemasons and questions to answer

And as an afterthought, the police, (and especially The Met) PLUS the Judiciary are rampantly controlled by 'The Square' as far as promotion or advancement is concerned.

No comments about dirty aprons or a frayed raised trouser leg PLEASE.

Re: Freemasons and questions to answer

I was reliably informed this afternoon by an OB and Mason, that they still exist but tend to keep on the quiet side. Hardly surprising given the current situation.

Re: Freemasons and questions to answer

Freemasons are not so secretative of their activities.

I have been approached twice to think about becoming 'one of the chosen'. I declined on both occasions.

Re: WHERE IS CHOBA?

I certainly don't have the time or health with a semi-disabled wife and after suffering a stroke myself.

I certainly agree a public enquiry would be for the best. Maybe the sitting Judge could suggest such an action.
